West Bloomfield, Metro Detroit
Food photography that makes people order it.
Restaurant, menu, and product imagery for Metro Detroit kitchens, bars, and food brands. Shot the way a portrait is shot: lit with intention, styled with restraint, and finished so the dish looks like the one your chef actually sends out.
Why It Matters
Your food is better than its photos.
Most people meet your restaurant on a screen. A delivery app thumbnail, a Google listing, an Instagram grid, a menu on your site. That image decides whether they order, book, or scroll past, and it is doing that job every hour you are open.
Phone photos under kitchen fluorescents flatten everything. The sear disappears, the sauce goes gray, and a dish your team spent months developing reads as ordinary.
The fix is not heavy styling or fake food. It is proper light, a considered angle, and enough patience to shoot the plate while it still looks alive.
Coverage
Everything your brand needs to show.

Menu Photography
Consistent, repeatable coverage across your full menu. Same light, same treatment, so the grid reads as one restaurant instead of twelve different shoots.

Hero & Signature Dishes
The plates you are known for, shot as the centerpiece. Built for website heroes, print, out of home, and paid social where the image carries the whole ad.

Bar & Cocktails
Glassware, ice, garnish, and pour, handled with the lighting control they actually require. Cocktails are the hardest thing on the menu to photograph well.

Interiors & Atmosphere
The room, the bar, the corner booth at golden hour. Guests decide where to spend an evening based on how a space feels before they taste anything.

Chef & Team Portraits
The people behind the food, photographed with the same care as the plates. Portraits for press, About pages, awards submissions, and hiring.

Packaged & CPG
Retail products, labels, and packaging shot clean for e-commerce, or styled in context for campaign and wholesale materials.
Motion
Stills are not the only frame.
Short-form video is where food sells hardest right now. A pour, a pull, a cut through the center of something: motion carries texture and temperature in a way a still cannot. Clips are shot alongside the stills on the same day, under the same lighting, so one production gives you a menu library and a month of social content.

How It Works
Four steps, start to delivery.
Consultation
We talk through your menu, your brand, and where the images need to live: site, delivery platforms, social, print, or a campaign. That determines the shot count and the licensing you actually need.
Shot List
You receive a written shot list before the shoot, sequenced so the kitchen can fire plates in an order that works for service. Nothing sits under lights longer than it should.
Shoot Day
On location in your kitchen or dining room, typically scheduled between services so we stay out of your way. You review frames on set as we go, so nothing is a surprise later.
Delivery
Retouched images in a private gallery, delivered at full resolution plus sizes cut for your website, Instagram, Google Business Profile, and the delivery apps. Ready to upload, not ready to resize.

The Chef Is the Brand
Owners, chefs, and culinary entrepreneurs: your face sells the room as much as the menu does. A branding session builds the image library for press, partnerships, and everything you post between shoots.
