Who this is for

Downtown does not have time to drive.

Detroit headshots are almost always a logistics problem rather than a photography problem. The law firm has partners billing by the hour. The executive is in town for two days. The conference has four hundred attendees and a gap between sessions. Nobody is getting in a car to visit a studio in the suburbs.

So the studio comes downtown. Into a conference room on an upper floor, or into a hotel suite for the two hours somebody is actually available. Setup takes about forty-five minutes and then it moves fast.

Law firms

Partner and associate portraits, matched across the whole practice, shot in your own conference room.

Financial services

Advisors and banking teams who need consistent imagery across a downtown office.

Visiting executives

Leadership in town briefly, photographed in a hotel suite between meetings.

Conferences & summits

A staffed headshot booth on site, so attendees leave with something they will actually use.

Startups & tech

Founding teams building an about page that looks deliberate rather than assembled.

Nonprofits & institutions

Board portraits and staff imagery for annual reports and grant materials.

Office or hotel

A studio that fits in a hotel suite.

For downtown offices, a portable studio goes into a conference room and people rotate through between meetings. Setup runs about forty-five minutes, then roughly five to ten minutes per person. Parking and building access get sorted in advance so nothing eats into the schedule.

For visiting executives and out-of-town teams, the same setup goes into a hotel suite or meeting room. It works well when someone is in Detroit for a day or two, when a board is in town for a quarterly meeting, or when a conference brings leadership together and the calendar has one usable gap in it.

Individual sessions at the private studio in Oakland County are available too, by appointment, with the address sent on booking.

Common questions

Before you book.

Do you come to downtown Detroit?

Yes, regularly. On-site sessions at downtown and Midtown offices are standard. A full portable studio travels, and building access and parking get arranged ahead of the day.

Can you photograph someone at their hotel?

Yes. A hotel suite or meeting room works well for executives in town briefly. The portable studio sets up in about forty-five minutes and the session itself is short.

Do you do conference headshot booths?

Yes. A professionally lit, staffed setup on the event floor, where attendees step in for a couple of minutes and receive a finished retouched portrait afterward. It is a photographer, not a self-serve kiosk.

How many people can you shoot in a day downtown?

Twenty is comfortably a half day. Fifty is a full day. Conference booths scale to several hundred across a day depending on format.

Will the images match if we add people later?

Yes. Every setup is documented, so someone photographed months later sits in the same light and matches the existing team page.

Can individuals come to the studio instead?

Yes. The private studio is in Oakland County, by appointment, with the address sent on booking.
